  • What areas do you service?

    We offer professional home organization services in various locations across West Michigan, encompassing areas such as Ada, East Grand Rapids, Forest Hills, Grand Haven, Holland, North Muskegon, Norton Shores, Spring Lake, and West Olive. While these are some of the areas we serve, the list is not exhaustive.

  • Are you insured?

    Yes! We can provide you with a copy if you would like.

  • Do you provide labeling?

    Yes! We offer costum labeling. 

  • Will you take my donations?

    Yes! We will take your donations. However, we only accept one trunk load of items after each session. Please keep in mind that, in most cases, we will deliver donations directly following a session. We encourage you to ensure that you are donating items that you no longer need and are ready to part with for good. 

  • Are organization product/material included in your services?

    No, organization product/material are not included in our services; they are an additional cost. However, we provide a list of recommended products and also offer the convenience of shopping for materials on behalf of our clients. This ensures that the chosen items align with the organization goals and preferences of our clients.

  • Will you take furniture donations?

    We do not provide removal services. Our primary focus is on helping you experience a more relaxed and simplified way of living.

  • Do you clean while organizing?

    We provide light cleaning services for the spaces we are working in. This includes tasks such as wiping down surfaces, dusting, and vacuuming to ensure that the area is tidy and organized for its intended purpose.

  • Do I have to be onsite with you during the session?

    The choice is entirely up to you. However, we will request that you anticipate texts and calls during the session. Being accessible via phone call or text message will be helpful in case there are any questions or specific instructions that may arise during the session. Your flexibility and responsiveness are greatly appreciated as they can help ensure a smooth and successful session.

  • What is your cancellation policy?

    Please provide a minimum of 48 hours for any cancellations or rescheduling of appointments. This allows us to adjust our schedule accordingly and serve clients effectively. We understand that unforeseen circumstances can sometimes arise, so please reach out as soon as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule a session.
